In San Diego there are many different tours that you can take that arouse your senses. One of my favorites is the sunset sail that takes place aboard the 139 ft. sailing yacht "America" a replica of the original. This three hour sail around the San Diego Bay contains some of the best views of the San Diego area on one of the most pristine sailing yachts one would ever see. This is a very laid back and relaxing adventure and the captain and crew are knowledgeable about the boat, the America's Cup races and the San Diego area. The tour also includes narration performed by a comical pirate that has many tales to tell. Once you have boarded the yacht, hoisted the sales and relaxed for a few minutes the crew begins to bring out the appetizers and drinks. If you like, bring your own: both food and adult beverages are welcome.
