4th Avenue Street Fair, Tucson, AZ

Well, if you didn’t make it to Tucson’s 4th Avenue Winter Street Fair you need to make plans now to attend the Spring version taking place April 1,2,3, 2011!
The 4th Avenue Street Fair takes place twice a year, once in the spring and once during the winter. The winter street fair held this past weekend (Dec. 10,11 ,12) was magnificent! People, arts, crafts, food and stage acts abound on each of the days the event took place.
Each street fair brings hundreds of artists and vendors to the downtown area of Tucson, each showing and selling their items. If you enjoy paintings, stoneware, jewelry, clothing, leather craft, metal work, photography, sculpture, text tiles, woodworking or specialty foods this event is for you.
Not only do you get to peruse through all of the booths, watch the live acts and listen to the local music
you can also visit all of the local 4th Avenue shops, bars and restaurants.  Most are running specials to celebrate the event.
Afterwards, make sure to take a side trip over to Congress Street and complete the evening downtown.

  1. Luv it! I look forward each year to both the winter and spring fairs! If you have never been I highly recommend it, you won't walk away empty handed as there is something for everyone! See you in April!

  2. Ah dang, I missed it. I'll try for spring. Nice shot of Saul guarding the door to the bar.
